Notary Office Jakub Cichowicz

Welcome to the new website of the Notary Office. Our contact details and opening hours remain unchanged.

To save you time, stress and unnecessary costs, I recommend contacting the office first.

This allows us to agree on the scope of the acts to be performed and the documents to be submitted to the office beforehand. I will examine the legal and factual situation of your matter.

If you already have the documents, please present them for a thorough review.

Step 1

Contact by phone or e-mail — we agree on the scope of the act and the list of documents.

Step 2

Verification — a copy of the document presented or sent to the office is sufficient.

Step 3

For the act itself, documents must be submitted in the original, in person — not electronically.

Remember

Please check that your identity documents — ID cards or passports — are valid.
