I offer professional services in performing notarial acts in accordance with the law and the principles of professional ethics, thereby ensuring the security and confidentiality of legal transactions.
I have been appointed to perform acts which you are required, or wish, to give notarial form. I undertake to handle the matters entrusted to me diligently and efficiently, and to provide free information related to the acts performed.
In urgent cases or special circumstances the office may also be open on Sundays and public holidays.

Before you visit
How do I book an appointment for a notarial act?
The quickest way is by phone at +48 71 366 03 56 or by e-mail. During the call we will agree on the scope of the act, the list of documents and a convenient date. In urgent cases the office may also be open outside regular hours.
Can I send documents electronically?
A copy presented or sent to the office is sufficient for verification. For the act itself, the documents must be submitted in the original, in person.
How much will the notarial act cost?
The cost depends on the type of act and includes public charges and the notary’s fee, set on the basis of the regulation on maximum notarial fees. I provide an exact calculation once the scope of the matter is agreed.
How can I pay?
In cash, by bank transfer or by card — there is a payment terminal at the office. An invoice is issued on request.
Does the notary provide information free of charge?
Yes — providing free information related to the acts performed is one of the notary’s duties.
