What it costs
The cost of a notarial act depends on its type and consists of public charges and the notary’s fee.
Public charges
Tax on civil law transactions, inheritance and gift tax, court fees. The notary collects them before or at the time of the act — in cash or by transfer to the office account.
Notary’s fee
Agreed with you individually, in accordance with the Law on Notaries. The basis is the Minister of Justice regulation of 28 June 2004 on maximum notarial fees.
Payment methods
Cash, bank transfer or card — there is a payment terminal at the office. An invoice for the acts performed is issued on request.
Fee exemptions
Exemption from notarial fees may be available under separate regulations.
